The majority of our agents live in Northern Virginia and we have agents in all areas to meet your real estate needs.  Areas inside the I-495 beltway will command higher prices due to their proximity to Washington, DC.  The commute from Virginia to DC can include I-95 (the north south route of the East), I-66 (that meets the Metro Rail just outside the beltway in Vienna) and the Dulles Toll Road (that goes to Dulles Airport) and the Dulles Greenway (that extends from Dulles to Leesburg in Loudoun County).  Metro Rail extension to Dulles is under construction with station completions scheduled for 2011, Reston in 2013 and Dulles around 2015.
